Delete Your Account & Data

You can delete your Pioneer Valley Eats app account yourself, right in the app:

1. Open the Pioneer Valley Eats app and go to the Profile tab.
2. Choose Delete my account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile (name and email address), your visit diary entries and star ratings, your photos, your challenge progress, and your crew memberships. Crews you own are deleted along with their photo walls. This cannot be undone.

What is kept: records of purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are retained by Apple, Google, and our purchase processor as required for billing and fraud prevention; they are not kept by us in connection with your deleted account. No other personal data is retained after deletion.

You don’t have to delete your whole account to remove things. In the app you can delete any individual diary entry, remove photos from a visit, delete photos you posted to a crew’s photo wall, and leave any crew — each of these removes that data permanently.

If you can’t access the app — or prefer to ask us directly — email contact@pioneervalleyeats.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account or specific data. We’ll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
