New & Notable

Recent openings across the Valley — updated with every monthly sweep.

Recent goodbyes

Part of keeping this directory honest is taking places off the list. In recent months we’ve removed Springfield’s Osteria (closed), the Hot Oven Cookies storefront (closed), and 1636 North (rebranded). If a listing anywhere on this site is out of date, tell us and we’ll fix it promptly.

How this page stays current

Once a month we sweep local news — MassLive, the Daily Hampshire Gazette, WWLP, The Reminder — for openings, closings, and rebrands across all nine towns, and update the directory. New spots land here first, then take their place on the town and cuisine pages.
